The Birthday Celebration Begins Friday!

Can't believe it's here already. All the designers and staff at DigiDesignResort have been working overtime to make this an event to remember!

We will start out with a store-wide sale July 30th through August 2nd. On the 31st the Reach For The Stars mix & match event will kick off. You have got to see what some of the other designers did with this theme and color palette...it will be so hard to choose what to buy, lol! August 6th will be a Pack the Chat event and August 13th will be a Speed Scrap. August 14th will be a Birthday Goodies Bag! You won't want to miss that. August 16th the Progressive Scrap starts. August 21st is $2 Day...look for special items to go into this sale category in the store. As usual every DigiDesignResort Newsletter has a freebie, but this month I am making a special donation in honor of our birthday. August 7th it will be an full Element Pak, August 19 it will be a full Paper Pak and August 26th it will be a full Embellished Words Pak! ...But I'm not going to let on anything more about the kit, it will be a surprise!

Upcoming Mix & Match Event with Preview and OKC!

The 2-year celebration is right around the corner at Digi Design Resort. As part of the celebration there will be a Mix & Match Event. The participating designers will all make kits with the same color palette and theme, Reach For The Stars. I made a full collection for the event! The Reach For The Stars Collection includes: an Element Pak, a Paper Pak, an Embellished Words Pak and an Alpha Pak. As always these are available as individual packs or save 25% by purchasing the Complete Kit (includes Paper Pak and Element Pak) or save 35% by buying the Collection Pak (includes the Paper Pak, Element Pak, Embellished Words Pak and Alpha Pak).

I'm giving you a sneak peek at the collection, but not much more. You will have to wait until Friday, July 31st for the rest of the details and to be able to purchase the collection. I will tell you though, I will have special pricing in effect for the event!

Basket Envy Now In my New Store!

Easter may have past but I'm sure you still have Easter photos that need scrapped! If that's the case then this collection is for you.

This kit was inspired by all the little (and big) kids that “envy” their brother or sisters Easter basket, even if they started out the same. Some kids are good about saving their candy and some not so much. You know the non-savers are the ones eyeing up the other baskets, lol! This was a fun kit to design and I hope you find it perfect for all your Easter pictures and beyond. With a totally modern take on the traditional Easter palette you will find teal, sea foam green, chartreuse, soft yellow, magenta and pale pink. There are leafy embossed papers, soft gradients and barely-there patterns to allow your photos to take center stage. The paper and alpha packs have a springlike feel but are not "Easter" specific. The elements contain some colorful eggs and an Easter basket, but the rest of the elements are not "Easter" specific. The Basket Envy Embellished Words Pak is "Easter" specific.

The Basket Envy Collection includes an Element Pak, a Paper Pak, an Embellished Words Pak and a Alpha Pak. Christmas In July

Christmas Morning is all about the anticipation of waking up on Christmas morning. The thrill and excitement when you first see the lit Christmas tree and all the beautifully wrapped gifts beneath it. Christmas is one of my favorite holidays. I love the traditions, the family gatherings and the warm fuzzy feelings it brings. This was my inspiration as I created this collection. You will find a traditional palette of forest green, mint green, cranberry and deep purple, gold and soft beige.

Well today's the day...my store is open for business! I have lots of kits already uploaded, but will be continuing to upload for the next few days. Moving my Store to Digi Design Resort!

I am pleased to announce that I am moving my store to DigiDesignResort.com! I am so excited about the move. DigiDesignResort is about 2 years old but has been growing in leaps and bounds. They have a fantastic quality control program that assures customers they are receiving the highest quality digital files. No stray pixels, missing pixels or ragged edges. They have a wonderful close-knit community of scrappers and designers. Plenty of challenges, opportunities to improve your scrapping craft and an awesome monthly free-with-purchase program for customers! In addition the owner has a web person on retainer to handle any site problems like being hacked or having to rebuild the site so that we aren't down for more than a few days. In light of the recent hosting issues that plagued the digital scrapbook community this is a welcomed security.
