I just downloaded the elements zip to check it and it contains 12 items. 1 a preview, 1 TOUs and 10 element. It is provided in a zip file. In Windows you need to locate the file (can't use Adobe Bridge), right click and choose "extract all". If you did that please try downloading again. If you are on Mac, I'm at a loss. Please feel free to email me (check profile) for further assistance.
